Tonio Montebello graduated from the University of Malta with a B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology and Communications in 1999 and an MBA in General and Strategic Management from the Maastricht School of Management - The Netherlands - in 2002.

Mr. Montebello has been actively involved in Libya since 1999, handling many diverse projects. Over the years, Mr. Montebello has garnered a wealth of knowledge about the Libyan market and the Libyan ways of doing business.

Libyavoyager forms part of a group of companies based in Libya which cover a wide range of services. Amongst the group are Al Ula Executive Services (which provides logistics support and visa services to oil companies in Libya ) and Greenland Oil Services (which provides procurement services also to oil companies in Libya ).

Through our partners, we are able to offer a number of services specifically to the business traveler.
